We also log your GPS location when you make a booking (if you approve to provide this information via your computer or mobile device during booking), and also when you are picked up and dropped off (via your and the driver’s application) and will store these as part of the booking record and your profile. We use this information to assist in investigating your and your driver’s complaints and enquiries. Who’s Driving You will share your name and mobile number with the driver who has been allocated your booking in order to allow the driver to communicate directly with you and increase the chances of a successful pick-up.
